Centerlign

mtcenterline.jpg (10878 bytes)

Centerlign weigh modules are used for medium-capacity weighing. They are designed for dynamic loading applications that involve horizontal forces. Typical loading methods are by conveyor, ramp, and fork lift. Modules have self-centering and self-checking suspension. Capacities of individual compression weigh modules: 250 lb to 45,000 lb (220 kg to 20,412 kg).

Flexmount Standard

mtflexmountload.jpg (10352 bytes)

Flexmount weigh modules are used for medium-capacity weighing. They are designed for static applications such as tanks, hoppers, blenders, and other vessels used to fill, batch, or mix ingredients. Hold-down bolts provide built-in protection against tipping. Capacities of individual compression weigh modules: 250 lb to 45,000 lb (220 kg to 20,412 kg).

Flexmount HD

mtflexmount_hd.jpg (14620 bytes)

Flexmount HD weigh modules are used to convert a heavy-capacity structure into a scale. The robust design safely withstands wind and seismic loads. Hold-down bolts provide built-in protection against tipping. Capacities of individual compression weigh modules: 50,000 lb to 200,000 lb.

Ringmount

RINGMOUNT™ weigh modules let you add weighing capabilities to your process by converting a tank or other vessel into a scale. A smooth, sanitary design makes them ideal for clean-in-place applications in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech industries. The self-centering suspension ensures high accuracy and repeatability throughout repeated process cycles. Available in capacities of 250 kg to 5,000 kg.

Tension Weigh Modules

Tension weigh modules are used to convert a suspended tank or hopper into a scale. They are designed to support the full weight of the suspended tank, while minimizing its movement. Capacities of individual tension weigh modules: 50 lb to 10,000 lb (50 kg to 5,000 kg).

Ultramount

Ultramount weigh modules are used for tanks, hoppers, and vessels with smaller capacities. The ball-and-cup suspension provides reliable performance in both static and dynamic applications. A bonding strap protects the load cell from electrical damage.  The Ultramount modules let you add low-capacity weighing capabilities to your process by converting any structure into a scale. The ball-and-cup suspension provides reliable performance in both static and dynamic applications. These weigh modules can also be used to convert mechanical scales for electronic weighing. Available in capacities of 5 kg to 100 kg.

VLM2

VLM2 Value Line load cell weigh modules offer excellent value for general-purpose weighing of conveyers, tanks, hoppers with flexible inlets and outlets, and OEM machinery. VLM2 modules feature receiver plates that isolate the load cell from vibration and shock.

VLM3

VLM3 Value Line weigh modules offer good value for general-purpose weighing of OEM machinery, tanks, and hoppers. Each weigh module incorporates a dual-ended-beam load cell. The rugged self-checking design of these weigh modules allows for thermal expansion and contraction of vessels due to outside temperatures or internal vessel reactions. Available in capacities of 1,000 to 75,000 lb.
