CB Weighing Platforms

CB Scale bases are ideal for
industrial and commercial applications in general purpose (dry)
environments. The solid frame construction protects the cell from
overloads and shocks to 150% of scale capacity.

MT PS Series
|
PS scales are made of die cast aluminum and
designed to support a 300% static overload. The platter support
features a unique overload safety system to absorb severe shock loads.
The detachable display is enclosed in high-impact plastic, and the Zero and
Unit Switching keys are protected with a spill-proof polyester
overlay--they're easy to see, easy to press and take a pounding.

MT Viper

Blue Viper is available
as 2 applications, 2 platform sizes and 5 weighing ranges from 3 to 60 kg.
This dual-range scale with 2 x 3000 display divisions is also available as
a certified version to OIML, Class III.
The rugged die-cast
aluminum housing is designed for all applications in an industrial
environment. An RS232C data interface built in as standard enables
unrestricted communication with your printer, a second scale or a
computer. Second and third interfaces can also be incorporated as optional
extras.
The scale has a built-in
AC adapter. An intelligent battery with a 4-segment discharge status
display is offered as on option for operation independent of main power.

MT Base Line WB
|
The WB scale base provides fast,
accurate results and durability for applications involving portion
control, net weight filling, pre-weighing chemical components, and more.
Constructed of 100% stainless steel, the WB base can be hosed down, steam
cleaned, used in environments involving caustic chemicals or food
processing, or used hazardous area environments (when following METTLER
TOLEDO control drawings). The WB base is available in three sizes and can
be connected with a variety of METTLER TOLEDO terminals for flexibility in
customizing a system. |
MT Base Line HD
|
Baseline HD bench/floor scales are
designed to stand up to harsh environments such as chemical, food, and
pharmaceutical processing operations. This scale base features a rugged
steel-tube construction that withstands shocks and overloads. The platter
can be replaced with an optional equipment mounting plate. This is the
scale of choice for OEM applications that require mounting a conveyor,
tank, hopper, or mixer to the scale.

MT UltraRes
|
UltraRes® DigiTOL®
Bench/Portable Scales resolve weight data up to 20,000 divisions and more.
Patented analog-to-digital technology results in ultra resolution. A
built-in microprocessor continuously monitors the scale load
"history" and automatically corrects for errors. Mild or
stainless steel models. The stainless steel scales were designed to work
in wet, corrosive industrial environments. Each scale is shipped with
it’s own Certificate of Performance. Legal-for-trade.

MT Wildcat
|
The Wildcat's sub-platter
uses the strength of two formed wave-shaped plates welded at both ends
with heavy duty end-plates. This unique design on the plates generates the
maximum amount of strength to weight ratio. The welding on the end plates
increased the entire structure's rigidity - the ability to resist bending
and flexing of the sub-platters which will increase weighing errors. A
stiffer sub-platter also protect the highly sensitive load cell below from
over, corner and side loads. The wildcat can be used in most dry
area industrial and commercial applications. It is not intended for use in
hazardous environment (EX). The scale can be powered by 6 D-cell
batteries, is portable and can easily be moved from different job sites.
The added automatic backlit feature allows the scale to be used in dimly
lit environment.

WH Heavy Washdown Base
|
The
rugged WH scale base provides high performance weighing in the toughest
washdown environments. It is designed specifically for use in the food
processing and chemical industries and any other industry where resistance
to high humidity, high pressure washdown, and corrosive agents are
essential.
The WH base incorporates a hermetically sealed load cell for optimum
performance and protection in these harsh environments. The load cell
stainless steel construction also offers protection against cleaning agents
and corrosive agents frequently found in food preparation and industrial
environments.
The open construction of the WH base understructure allows for easy cleaning
and full drainage while the solid base plate prevents much of the potential
splash back of debris and washdown spray.
Wet or dry, the WH base offers the superior weighing accuracy and
performance that Mettler Toledo products are known for. |

easy portability, the Intercomp Model CW250TM Scale is ideal
for weighing 55-gallon drums, chlorine cylinders, propane bottles, freon
tanks, hazardous medical wastes and other liquid or gaseous containers.
But those are just a few uses.
It's available in twelve high performance models with capacities ranging
from 300 to 2,000 lb/150 to 1,000 kg. There are two sizes of weigh
platforms:
15" x 15"x4"/380x3803100 mm, and
24"x24"x4"/610x610x100mm. This rugged, all aluminum,
self-contained unit provides accuracy of ±0.1% (NTEP Class III) of
applied load.
Fully battery operated, this Intercomp scale requires only infrequent
recharging from any 12, 120 or 220 volt power source (charger adaptor and
cable provided). For night use, you light up the display area by just
touching the "lamp" switch. to record weights, the scale will
interface with an optional printer or display (such as our P-DP printer or
SA2000 display). |
